today parker community had a cookout. they grilled burgers, chicken, hotdogs, shish-kabobs and provided lots of sides. there was sweet tea - the best! elaine may or may not have made fun of me for my hamburger eating skills. i may or may not have gotten ketchup everywhere. no one else seemed to have that problem. anyways, they also had shirts to tie-dye and canvases to splatter paint out in the courtyard. it seriously felt like summer.
end note: living in parker this year has been the best - they have so much free food!
